How to report pot holes, faded road markings, flooding, hedge cutting etc

LCC have launched an app called Love Clean Streets which helps residents of Lancashire to report highways issues on their mobile phone whilst at the location using the new Love Clean Streets app.

You can report incidents such as :

  • Potholes
  • Faded road markings and damaged signs
  • Flashing / broken streetlights
  • Flooding/ blocked drains

You can download the Love Clean Streets app from LCC's Report It on the go webpage.

If you log into the app on your phone, it will record your precise location making it easier for LCC to find and rectify the fault. You can also add photos of the problem whilst at the location.

Alternatively, you can still report issues on a computer using the Report It website.

All the reports will go the LCC highways team and you will receive an email reference and update on the status.
