Goosnargh Oliverson's school

Lancashire County Council's Cabinet are proposing to permanently expand Goosnargh Oliverson's Church of England Primary School, to admit 30 additional pupils to each reception year with effect from September 2026.

This will increase the number of places from 30 to 60 places from September 2026, gradually increasing the number of places in the school from 210 to 420.

This would be enabled by an additional build on the school site.

Concerns have been raised regarding additional traffic and the Parish Council will continue to monitor the situation.
